Things happen, and sometimes you will need to cancel your appointment, please try to do this in a timely manner so that I can fill the appointment time.
Please read the following information carefully:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. It is unlikely that I will be able to fill your appointment in this time.
- No-shows and cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost. It is unlikely that I will be able to fill your appointment in this time.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late there is a possibility that I will not have time to carry our your treatment and the no-show fee (above) will apply.
